This section features my Brand Audit Report on Vital Proteins, a 14-week research-driven project for my Global Brand Management class. Through in-depth market and brand analysis, I examined brand positioning, competitive landscape, and market presence to uncover insights that drive strategic growth. To strengthen my findings, I conducted a 45-person survey, using primary data to support my recommendations. This project challenged me to think both creatively and analytically, applying real-world research to brand strategy.
